James M. Flandreau, R.A. - Principal and founder of the firm, Jim received his Bachelor of Science Architectural Technology degree from New York Institute of Technology in 1994. Jim is licensed to practice architecture in New York and is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. He is also received his Code Enforcement Certification from New York Department of State. He possess a comprehensive understanding of the State Building Code regulations, and the local Zoning Ordnances. The knowledge he has obtained from his years spent as a building inspector and project manager provides him with an excellent background in the practical aspects of Building Codes. It has also afforded him with an extensive background in many fields of architectural design.
Jim also is part of the National Institute of Building Sciences and Building Enclosure Technology and Environment Council.
Martin G. Rogers, P.E. - Martin is a Professional Engineer performing code analysis and compliance services as well as design for buildings, tenant spaces, and upgrades for code compliance. He is also received his Code Enforcement Certification from New York Department of State. Martin is a member of National Society of Professional Engineers, New York State Building Officials Conference, Firemen's Association of the State of New York and National Trust for Historic Preservation.
Jill Thomas-Linehan - As a Junior Architect/Cad Draftsmen, Jill received her Bachelor of Architecture degree from New York Institute of Technology in 1999. Jill possess a strong knowledge of ADA and ADAAG guidelines, Fire Safety and Building Codes. She is preparing to begin taking the Registered Architect Exams.
